From October 11 to May 15, 2021, Holladay Construction Group participated in Fall Service Week, a week where associates focus on giving back to our communities to enrich lives and make the world a better place. Holladay’s South Bend, IN; Indianapolis, IN; and the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland offices coordinated several volunteer opportunities to get associates involved.
The South Bend office participated in service projects at Cultivate Food Rescue and Faith Mission, a Lunch & Learn with Casa de Amistad, and a blood drive in partnership with the South Bend Medical Foundation.
The Indianapolis office coordinated service projects with the Indianapolis Parks Department and HVAF of Indiana, as well as a Lunch & Learn with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The Portage, IN and Clarendon Hills, IL offices worked together to provide opportunities for staff at both locations with Opportunity Enterprises, Chasing Dreams, Sharing Connections, and Habitat for Humanity of Porter County, Lunch & Learn events with Opportunity Enterprises and Watts of Love, as well as a blood drive in partnership with the American Red Cross.
Over half of our Holladay Construction Group team participated in these service projects and events, and volunteered for a total of 150 hours. Our blood drives will save 102 lives, and our projects will impact 60,000 lives!
