On Wednesday, November 10, the Holladay Construction Group team welcomed Construction and Architectural students from the College of DuPage to the Quincy Station project site in Westmont, IL. The students enjoyed a tour and information from our construction experts about the project.

“Thanks…for the great tour,” said Alex Pellicano, Construction Management Instructor at the College of DuPage. “The combination of info was awesome; construction details, site logistics, development issues, entitlements, economic realities.”

The tour was led by Scott Brown, Vice President of Holladay Construction Group, and Drew Mitchell, Partner and Vice President of Development with Holladay Properties. The Quincy Station site is in its 72nd week of construction and is fully enveloped with drywall installation in progress on the second and third floor.

The group from the College of DuPage were able to see a variety of construction stages at the site and learn about all the details that happened before construction even began.

The College of DuPage is a public community college with its main campus in Glen Ellyn, IL, and additional facilities in the Addison, Carol Stream, Naperville and Westmont, IL.
