Holladay Construction Group’s Northwest Region would like to welcome Stephen Kuiphoff as a Project Superintendent. Stephen’s first project with us will be Phase I of the Promenade at Founders Square in Portage, Ind., which encompasses 304 residential units and 10,200 SF of ground floor retail, commercial, and restaurant space.

Stephen joins the Holladay Construction Group team after spending 22 years with Larson-Danielson. He brings over 35 years of construction experience to his new role with the company.

Stephen started his construction career as a carpenter in northern New Jersey with experience in residential, commercial and industrial types of construction. His skills include quality control and schedule management, specialty in design builds, site coordination and taking a job from the ground up to finished product with safety always in mind.
