Q: How long have you been with Holladay Construction Group? When did you start?

Shannon: Started June 7, 2005 so 11 years

Q: What titles have you held throughout your time at Holladay Construction Group and when did you have those titles?

Shannon: Portfolio Accountant-2005; Construction Accountant-2007; Controller 2013

Q: What is your background in the construction industry (i.e. education, experience, previous employers)?

Shannon: 2003 University of Notre Dame Graduate. I have been doing construction accounting since I graduated college. I worked for Sterling Construction from 2003 to 2005 before coming to Holladay Construction Group.

Q: What is the best thing about your job?

Shannon: My co-workers and being a part of the process of building a project from the ground to its intended use.

Q: What is the worst thing about your job?

Shannon: The toughest part of my job is making sure every nickel and dime is accounted for on a given project.

Q: Family life details: (i.e. are you married, do you have children and/or pets, etc.)

Shannon: I have been married to Courtney Hyduk for 14 years; We have three children, Faith-11; Haylee-9; Brody-6.

Q: How do you spend your free time, away from work?

Shannon: I play golf. I also enjoy college football, baseball and hockey games, and hanging out with the family. I love coaching my son in hockey and daughters in softball, and working in ministry at my church.

Q: Are you involved in any community groups? (Give details)

Shannon: I am a Ranger Commander for the Ranger Kids at Southgate Church.

Q: Tell me something interesting about you; for example, have you ever been on TV, been an extra in a movie, etc.?

Shannon: In 2001, I was 1 of 4 students to paint helmets for the 2001 Notre Dame Football team and also charted plays for the offensive coordinator during the 2001 ND football season.
