Holladay Construction Group’s Northwest Indiana team has completed a $780,000 renovation project for AM Stabilizers Corporation, a global supplier of high quality liquid and powder heat stabilizers for both flexible and rigid PVC application. AM Stabilizers is the world’s leading supplier of barium and calcium intermediates used in the production of liquid mixed metal stabilizers for PVC.

Holladay Construction Group’s work for AM Stabilizers consisted of substantial demolition and remodeling of an existing vacant office/warehouse facility previously owned/occupied by Northcoast Distributors in Valparaiso, IN. Our firm worked closely with the Holladay Properties design team on a design/build contract which enabled the project to be fast tracked and completed in only three months.
