Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for a new 46,155 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Gurnee, IL. The four-story, 114-room extended-stay hotel broke ground in September 2020 and features a spacious lobby, fitness center, and guest laundry room. The 46,000 square foot project includes a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds and opened on July 15, 2021.
