Scope:
Holladay Construction Group, in conjunction with Holladay Properties and Choice Hotels, built a new 57,700 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Elgin, IL. The four-story, 122-room project features a slab-on-grade, wood frames building with composition roof. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. Hotel construction was completed in May 2021 and the hotel opened in June 2021.
