Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for a new 48,392 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Carol Stream, IL. The four-story, 123-room WoodSpring Suites Carol Stream broke ground in November 2017 and opened in September 2018. The hotel is conveniently located near several hospitals and universities and within driving distance to downtown Chicago’s many corporate offices. This extended-stay features 123 rooms, each equipped with an in-room kitchen, a full-size refrigerator and free Wi-Fi.
