Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for a new 48,391 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Addison, IL. The four-story, 122-room project features a fitness center, laundry room, and 3 room types. The project also involved demolition of an existing hotel on the site that took place in April 2018. Hotel construction was completed in 2019.
