Scope:
The Sawtooth Building is the World Headquarters for Research and Development for Griffin Technologies. Holladay Construction Group, with collaboration from local Architects and Engineers, renovated an iconic factory constructed in the early 1900s for General Wax Industries in Nashville, TN into the headquarters of one of the most well-known names in the Technology Industry. The project earned an Excellence in Development Award by the Urban Land Institute’s Nashville District Council and a Preservation Award from the Metropolitan Historical Commission.
