Built by Holladay Construction Group with consulting services provided by Holladay Properties, the facility was home to six basketball courts and a concession stand, with a second-floor mezzanine featuring a fitness center. From bid to completion, the $3.4 million project took just eight months, and was completed between March and October 2008.
