Scope:
Holladay Construction Group worked with the talented design team of Holladay Properties to complete a total renovation of Teachers Credit Union’s McKinley Avenue Branch in Mishawaka, IN in 2013. In an effort to appeal to the demands and expectations of TCU’s younger, tech savvy customers, TCU wanted the McKinley Branch to include new services and an updated aesthetic and incorporated more energetic finishes. Two teller stations and a static sales station were removed and replaced with iPad banking stations, adjacent consultation stations and a waiting area. The new waiting area was defined by carpet and ceiling changes to maintain the open floor plan. The offices in the branch were updated with new carpet and paint to coordinate with the renovations.
