Scope:
Holladay Construction Group contracted with Teachers Credit Union to build its 45th branch in Granger, IN in 2010. Holladay broke ground on 5,746 square foot stand-alone bank building in August 2010 and the facility celebrated its grand opening in May 2011. Holladay acquired the contract with Teachers Credit Union through a competitive bid process and, though it was the first time the owner had worked with our firm, the CEO, Richard Rice gave Holladay a glowing recommendation when the project was complete.
