Scope: 
Holladay Construction Group completed an interior demolition and renovation project for a 39,000 SF medical office facility. The new renovations featured breakroom/ lounge, conference rooms, 2 labs, a blood donor bank, storage, and warehouse space. To adequately serve the needs of this space, a completely new HVAC system was also installed.
