Scope:
Holladay Construction Group worked with Holladay Properties and the Purdue Research Foundation to construct this 57,000 square foot business incubator facility in the Purdue Research Park at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis. The $8.1 million facility offers an environment with amenities unlike any other development in Indianapolis that helps cutting-edge, high-tech companies move forward with specially designed office and lab areas. The building features high-end finishes, custom metal architectural details, and was completed in seven months from bid to dedication.
