In 2020, Holladay Construction Group’s South Bend won the construction management contract for a 44,000 square foot plant expansion to Placon’s existing medical device packaging facility in Elkhart, IN. The pre-engineered metal building addition features 10,000 square feet of office/administration space, a 34,000 square foot clean room facility for warehouse/production, as well as a new parking area.
