Scope:
In February 2012, Holladay Construction Group was named the General Contractor for NorthShore Health Centers’ Merrillville, IN facility. The project involved remodeling an existing interior tenant space, formerly home to a Hollywood Video, into new medical office space. The facility work included a nurse’s station, a medical x-ray and a lab room, sterile space, a spacious reception space and waiting room with a play area, dental offices, exam rooms, and office space, as well as façade improvements. The project began in February and was completed in June 2012. Holladay again worked with NorthShore for a 1,724 facility expansion in 2013, and another 3,054 square foot expansion in 2020.
