Holladay Construction Group was the General Contractor for a new build to suit industrial building in Holladay Properties‘ Northpoint Industrial Park in Westfield, IN. The building features seven inch concrete flooring, 32’ clear ceiling height, 36 overhead dock doors, 50’ x 60’ column spacing, LED high bay warehouse lighting, 190+ car parking spaces and 60+ trailer parking spaces. This project is one of Holladay Construction’s three industrial buildings planned to develop in the NorthPoint Industrial Park in Westfield, Indiana.
