Scope:
In 2006, Holladay Construction Group completed this 21,000 square foot multi-tenant office building at the AmeriPlex at the Crossroads Certified Technology Park in Merrillville, Indiana. The $2.6 million construction project involved complete construction of the shell building as well as tenant improvements. The facility features extensive exterior architectural details and ample lighting from abundant exterior windows and skylights from the curved entryway.
