Scope:
Holladay Construction Group built the new headquarters in Indianapolis for the James H Drew Corporation, which provides products, labor and services to the transportation and construction industries. The two-story, 10,000 square foot facility features a cast stone/ribbon window/curtainwall and EIFS exterior, a cast-in-place concrete center feature wall and a monumental stair. The project involved extensive site clearing as well as the demolition of existing structures before construction on the new building could begin.
