Scope:
The Indianapolis team has completed building a new 4-story Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Fishers, IN. The hotel features 91 guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a business center, a breakfast area, and a fitness center. The hotel construction project broke ground in October 2019 and included demolition of an existing 16,000 square foot industrial facility on the site. We obtained approval for the hotel’s temporary Certificate of Occupancy in December 2020 and the Home2 Suites by Hilton Fishers Indianapolis Northeast opened on February 1, 2021.
