Holladay Construction is serving as the General Contractor for an interior renovation of an 8th floor office space in the One Pierce Place office building in Itasca, IL. The renovations include new flooring, paint, and lighting throughout. In addition, the facility’s breakroom and restrooms will be completely renovated.
