Holladay Construction Group was selected as the General Contractor for a 13.54 acre residential and office campus for Damar Services, Inc. Holladay began construction of Phase I in March 2020, which included site work as well as roads, walkways, and general utilities for the entire 17-building campus, as well as construction of six single-story, 3,720 SF duplex dwelling units for patients. Each duplex unit includes four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as laundry, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a back porch with storage. Phase I also includes construction of a two-story, 4,519 square foot Center Office Building for the complex, which features a welcome area, staff offices and kitchen area, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a recreation room. Construction of the first seven buildings of Damar Village wrapped up in July 2021.
