Scope:
The South Bend office has completed construction of a 225,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building consisting of an 8′ high split face masonry façade and insulated metal panels above. The building features interior elevations of 36′ and column spacing at 50′ x 50′ and was designed to accommodate 1-4 future tenants. The facility has 20 dock doors, with the ability to add 20 additional dock doors in the future. The sitework included a large asphalt parking lot with concrete curbs, new landscaping and two entrances off of Cleveland Road. The project broke ground in October 2019 and was completed in September 2020.
