Vanessa joined Holladay Construction Group in April 2022. Vanessa’s experience and background encompasses diversity within national market sectors for new and renovation construction with emphasis on higher education, student housing, mixed-use and commercial, multi-family, restaurant and hospitality and senior/assisted living. Prior to her arrival to Holladay, she was Construction Manager with SAI, Inc. that held a national account with Taco Bell, a Project Manager with Pulte Homes Multi-family, Garden and Condo product for the Southeast Division and Summit Contractors Group (Jacksonville, FL) and then Director of Construction Management for Indiana University which lead to being chosen as Director and creator of a new division, Quality Assurance & Risk Management for Indiana University’s state wide Capital Planning and Facilities group and assets.
