Stella Zessin joined Holladay Construction Group in 2019 and has since been a proficient team player in providing support to the Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers during the construction process. Nicki is committed to customer satisfaction and has a strong attention to detail. Daily responsibilities include issuing owner and sub-contracts, coordinating change orders, entering invoices, and maintaining project submittals, closeouts, licensing and insurance requirements.
