Holladay Construction Group recently completed NorthPoint One, a 183,296 SF insulated warehouse building located on a sixteen-acre site in Westfield, Indiana. Construction broke ground in July 2021 and was completed in late August 2022.

Holladay Properties served as the developer for both NorthPoint one and the NorthPoint business park.

NorthPoint One features include 120 car parking spaces, 62 storage trailer parking stalls, 20 overheard loading dock station, and 2 additional drive-in doors. The warehouse area features a 32-foot clear span at a S-1 occupancy rating including an 8,100 SF office build out with a B occupancy rating.

NorthPoint One is one of Holladay Construction’s three industrial buildings planned to develop in the NorthPoint Industrial Park in Westfield, Indiana. The other two buildings are expected to break ground later this year. These three new buildings will represent a total of 335,500 square feet of development within this business park.
