Scope:
Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor for a 65,592 square foot industrial flex building in Valparaiso, IN for owner, Barley Properties, and developer, Holladay Properties. The building was designed to accommodate up to six tenants and features 6" slab on grade floors, 50' x 55' typical column spacing, 24' clear ceiling height, and LED lighting throughout. The facility boasts 10 recessed dock doors and 6 drive-in dock doors. Holladay Construction Group broke ground on the project in August 2019 and construction wrapped up in June 2020.

Holladay Construction Group completed this 15,932 square foot light manufacturing and assembly facility for RYOEI U.S.A. Inc. in 2019. The project kicked off with a ceremonial groundbreaking event on October 17, 2018 and the grand opening and ribbon cutting was held on August 23, 2019.
The Haskell Building

The Northwest Indiana Region broke ground on the site for a new 64,000 square foot shell building located on 4.33 acres on Cleveland Avenue in Michigan City, IN in May and completed construction of the facility in November in 2017. The Haskell, a multi-tenant flex building located in the AmeriPlex-Marquette business park, features high quality pre-cast concrete panel construction with interior steel columns for roof and structural stability. The structure offers 24’ clear height and flexible space to serve office, warehousing and light manufacturing requirements.

Holladay Construction Group completed this 44,000 SF build to suit for Graycor which houses the Indiana headquarters for Graycor Industrial Constructors, Inc. and Graycor Blasting Company, in June 2011. The new building enabled Graycor, a leading provider of construction, maintenance and facilities services, to combine personnel and resources from three separate locations to streamline business processes and more effectively serve their customers. The new building was designed to LEED standards and features abundant natural lighting and bold architectural details throughout, providing a soothing yet functional workplace while welcoming and impressing guests. The facility features 10,000 SF of office, as well as separate area in the warehouse for vehicle and equipment maintenance space as well as a fabrication shop area. The building earned a Community Improvement Award from the Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce for contributing to the image and enhancement of the City of Portage.
Elm Hill Building A

Scope:
HCG completed this 90,000 SF Warehouse/Distribution/Flex Building in 2009. It was the first project completed in the AmeriPlex at Elm Hill Business Park in Nashville, TN and the first LEED Certified multi-tenant industrial building in the State of Tennessee. The building structure is Pre-Engineered Steel with a Tilt Wall Concrete Skin and offers a Clear Height of 24’-0”. The facility also boasts translucent wall panels in the warehouse to allow natural lighting and pervious concrete pavement, both of which add to the LEED Certification. A reflective roof, dimmable & solar lights, rainwater capture irrigation, and energy efficient HVAC are a few additional features that reduce energy consumption and lower costs for the building and its wide variety of tenants.
Batesville Casket Company

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group completed a $1.1 million build-out for Batesville Casket Company in 2007, during construction of the 90,000 sf Midway Building at the AmeriPlex-Indiana business park. The 77,806 SF project includes a 6,161 SF office and a 71,645 SF warehouse with 24’ clear height. In 2013, when Batesville wanted to update its space, the company again turned to HCG for a $73,000 renovation. The renovation involved freshening up the facility façade and adding a 1,225 SF engraving room to the warehouse.
