Scope:
HCG is pleased to announce the completion of the 4-story, 123-room WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Carol Stream, IL. The project broke ground in November 2017 and opened in September 2018. The project is the second of several WoodSpring Suites hotels in the Chicagoland area that HCG will build in partnership with Holladay Properties and Choice Hotels. HCG's first WoodSpring hotel in Tinley Park, IL was completed in March 2018 and we have two other hotels underway in Merrillville, IN and Addison, IL.
