Our Indianapolis office is building a new, senior living multi-family housing community at in Plainfield, IN for Samaritan Companies - Encore at Perry Crossing. The project involves construction of a 132-unit, four-story, wood-framed facility comprised of a variety of one- and two-bedroom units. The project also features surface level parking, individual garage spaces in stand-alone buildings, and amenities including a community room, fitness center, leasing office, lounges, a second floor salon and storage units. Holladay Construction Group has been selected as the General Contractor for a new 13.54 acre residential and office campus for Damar Services, Inc. Holladay began construction of Phase I in March 2020, which includes site work as well as roads, walkways, and general utilities for the entire 17-building campus. Phase I includes construction of six single-story, 3,720 SF duplex dwelling units for patients. Each duplex unit includes four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as laundry, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a back porch with storage. Phase I also includes construction of a two-story, 4,519 square foot Center Office Building for the complex, which features a welcome area, staff offices and kitchen area, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a recreation room.

Holladay Construction Group is serving as the General Contractor for Quincy Station, a new mixed-use multi-family residential community in Westmont, IL. The residential portion of the construction project will feature a 5-story building, incorporating below grade parking at the basement level as well as a first floor enclosed parking garage with 4 stories of luxury residential units above. The building which will include a common amenity space / club room at the upper floor of the building with an outdoor terrace overlooking Quincy Street and the downtown. The initial phase of the project included demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure and was completed in December 2019.

Holladay Construction Group has been awarded the hospitality construction contract for a new 57,700 square foot hotel in Crown Point, IN. The Hampton Inn Crown Point is a four-story, 95 room hotel featuring an attached, single-story enclosed pool building, a spacious breakfast area, meeting room, and fitness center. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with double queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. Construction is expected to be completed in July 2021.

The pre-engineered metal building addition features 10,000 square feet of office/administration space, a 34,000 square foot clean room facility for warehouse/production, as well as a new parking area.

Holladay Construction Group has begun a near full remodel of an existing vein clinic. Our Portage team is leading the renovation, beginning with demolition of existing walls, glass, flooring, and furnishings to start the project. The office will be receiving a larger procedure room more equipped for their current needs and we are also adding a patient recovery area that will hold three patients at a time.

The project includes replacing the existing, outdated system by installing VRF units in 91 separate assisted living apartments. The project is phased into six sections and will take approximately one year to complete.

Holladay Construction Group has been contracted by Holladay Properties to build its first tenant improvement in the new Diversey Building in Portage, IN. Originally from Spain, Fagor Arrasate is the leading technological designer of presses and stamp systems, sheet metal cutting and processing lines, as well as line and equipment for processing metal parts. Our build-out for Fagor includes 6,735 square feet of space featuring a spacious open office area, meeting rooms, a quiet room, a break area, and a locker room. The warehouse area is 3,924 square feet and will house a 20 Ton crane that will move throughout the space.

International Entrances is a distributor for International Revolving Doors manufactured is Evansville, IN. The space includes 1,884 square feet of office featuring a large open office with a small break rooms attached. The 3,549 square foot open warehouse will be used for equipment assembly and storage.
