Holladay Construction Group's South Bend team has won the construction management contract for a 44,000 square foot plant expansion to Placon's existing medical device packaging facility in Elkhart, IN. The pre-engineered metal building addition features 10,000 square feet of office/administration space, a 34,000 square foot clean room facility for warehouse/production, as well as a new parking area.

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group is serving as the General Contractor for Quincy Station, a new mixed-use multi-family residential community in Westmont, IL. The residential portion of the construction project will feature a 5-story building, incorporating below grade parking at the basement level as well as a first floor enclosed parking garage with 4 stories of luxury residential units above. The building which will include a common amenity space / club room at the upper floor of the building with an outdoor terrace overlooking Quincy Street and the downtown. The initial phase of the project included demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure and was completed in December 2019.

Holladay Construction Group, in conjunction with Holladay Properties and Choice Hotels, is building a new 57,700 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Elgin, IL. The four-story, 122-room project features a slab-on-grade, wood frames building with composition roof. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. Hotel construction is expected to be completed in May 2021 and the hotel is slated to open in June 2021.

Holladay Construction Group has been selected as the General Contractor for a 3,696 square foot interior build out within The Illiana in Whiting, IN for Notre Dame Federal Credit Union. This location will be the credit union's first branch in the Whiting market and the project features a spacious lobby with the teller station for four tellers, seven private offices and open office spacious for additional banking services, a public restroom, a break area and a private restroom for credit union employees, a conference room and storage and IT space . Construction began on March 1 and is expected to wrap up in June 2021.

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group has been selected as the General Contractor for a new 13.54 acre residential and office campus for Damar Services, Inc. Holladay began construction of Phase I in March 2020, which includes site work as well as roads, walkways, and general utilities for the entire 17-building campus. Phase I includes construction of six single-story, 3,720 SF duplex dwelling units for patients. Each duplex unit includes four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as laundry, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a back porch with storage. Phase I also includes construction of a two-story, 4,519 square foot Center Office Building for the complex, which features a welcome area, staff offices and kitchen area, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a recreation room.

The building offers a mix of commercial/retail space facing AmeriPlex Drive, and industrial space off of Prairie School Drive.
