Holladay Construction Group has been awarded an $8.6 million hotel construction project in Crown Point, IN for Good Hospitality Services. Construction of the four-story, 95 room Hampton Inn hotel is expected to begin August 10, 2020.

The Hampton Inn Crown Point will be located at 10850 Delaware Parkway in Crown Point, IN. Holladay Construction Group will work closely with the owner and architect, K2M Design of Cleveland, OH on the new hotel.

The hotel includes an attached, single-story enclosed pool building, a spacious breakfast area, meeting room, and fitness center, as well as a variety of rooms with double queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. Construction is expected to be completed in June 2021.
