Testimonials
It is a distinct pleasure to recommend…Holladay Construction Group as a general contractor and construction management firm. Throughout the [construction] process [of our new facility in Michigan City, IN], your staff provided impressive service and met our expectations every step of the way, from permitting to Certificate of Occupancy. Additionally, your team provided regular communication on our project and acted like my own fiduciary… I was truly impressed by the team's professional demeanor, and their dedication to making our project a success. I could not be more pleased with how the construction team performed during the Pandemic to keep the project on schedule.
I would highly recommend your extraordinary team and would be very likely to use them again. It was a true pleasure to work with a construction team who performed exactly how they promised to.
- James D. Burg, President – James Burg Trucking Company (1/11/21)
I just want you to know that I called on you because when we are asked the impossible I know the team I want on my side. Thank you for the outstanding job all the teams did with such professionalism at all times and through all challenges...We at FEDEX truly appreciate all the efforts and teamwork to accomplish this complex task in short order!
- Bill Lamar, Project Manager – FedEx Supply Chain (4/11/20)
It is a distinct pleasure to recommend Holladay Construction Group. They provide an impressive service of taking the programming needs from our large organizations and directly applying them to design, cost and construction procurement. They not only met, but also exceeded our expectations on quality, consistency and completion. They have provided design/build services in various regions of the country and have always performed.
Throughout the design and construction of our projects, Holladay Construction Group maintains weekly communications regarding the status of each phase, as well as manages the integral activities between Graybar's offices and onsite activity.
Overall, having a design/build team focused on delivering a functional facility helped allow our staff to focus on transition management rather than the construction project. We highly recommend using Holladay Construction Group, and will continue to expand our relationship with them in the future.
- Kevin P. Vercauteren, Corporate Properties Manager – Graybar (10/30/09)
