In August 2020, Holladay Construction Group was awarded the hospitality construction contract for a 57,700 square foot hotel in Crown Point, IN. The Hampton Inn Crown Point is a four-story, 95 room hotel featuring an attached, single-story enclosed pool building, a spacious breakfast area, meeting room, and fitness center. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with double queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. The hotel broke ground on August 10, 2020 and opened on July 27, 2021.

Holladay Construction Group, in conjunction with Holladay Properties and Choice Hotels, is building a new 57,700 square foot WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Elgin, IL. The four-story, 122-room project features a slab-on-grade, wood frames building with composition roof. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. Hotel construction was completed in May 2021 and the hotel opened in June 2021.

The Indianapolis team has completed building a new 4-story Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel in Fishers, IN. The hotel features 91 guest rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a business center, a breakfast area, and a fitness center. The hotel construction project broke ground in October 2019 and included demolition of an existing 16,000 square foot industrial facility on the site. We obtained approval for the hotel's temporary Certificate of Occupancy in December 2020 and the Home2 Suites by Hilton Fishers Indianapolis Northeast opened on February 1, 2021.

This five-story, 129 room full service hotel is located at the heart of Keystone at the Crossings in Indianapolis, IN. The hotel features an outdoor patio, indoor heated swimming pool, spacious fitness room, business center, and guest laundry. The hotel includes a variety of standard rooms and suites and some rooms with balconies offering amazing views of the city. In addition, the hotel features over 1,150 square feet of flexible event space, perfect for professional training sessions, or intimate social events. We broke ground on the hospitality project in June 2016 and the Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis-Keystone opened for business in October 2017.

Holladay Construction Group worked closely with the Holladay Properties design team to develop and build this 122-room, 5-story full service hotel located at 8555 Stansted Drive in Indianapolis. The Holiday Inn features an on-site restaurant, Burger Theory, where guests can enjoy excellent tasting comfort of local craft beers on tap. The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool, a full kitchen with bar and an exterior patio. Some of the rooms and the exterior patio also feature spectacular views of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis' beautiful NatureScape and pond. The hotel also houses an upscale, flexible function space that can accommodate up to 250 people with drop -down AV screens and ceiling mounted LCD projectors. When construction was completed, InterContinental Hotels Group, the parent brand, named the facility a recipient of the 2015 New Development Design Award, given to hotels that merit special recognition for successfully implementing a new design program.

In 2013, Holladay Construction Group completed an extensive renovation for the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located in downtown South Bend for The Hotel Group out of Seattle, WA. The project included remodeling the 40,000 SF Atrium, the pool area, and all of the 291 guest rooms. We also transformed an existing restaurant from Sean O’Casey’s Irish Pub into a new Starbucks's Coffee Shop as well as a complete upgrade to the on-site Baker’s Restaurant. The entire project from start to finish took 14 months.
