Scope:
In 2013, Holladay Construction Group completed an extensive renovation for the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located in downtown South Bend for The Hotel Group out of Seattle, WA. The project included remodeling the 40,000 SF Atrium, the pool area, and all of the 291 guest rooms. We also transformed an existing restaurant from Sean O’Casey’s Irish Pub into a new Starbucks’s Coffee Shop as well as a complete upgrade to the on-site Baker’s Restaurant. The entire project from start to finish took 14 months.
