Marbach America, Inc. recognized the completion of their new facility with a Ribbon Cutting and Oktoberfest celebration in Michigan City yesterday. The 16,000 SF interior build-out was completed by Holladay Construction Group in August. 

The project for Marbach, the world’s leading manufacturer of die-cutting and thermoforming tools, included 3,908 SF of office space and an extensive build-out of 12,092 SF of warehouse/manufacturing space. The celebration on September 18 was a unique way for Marbach to open its doors at 6101 Cleveland Avenue and share its culture with potential applicants and the City of Michigan City.
