Holladay Construction Group makes a great effort to live by the motto of “Creating solutions. Building relationships.” We have completed two facilities for Michiana Hematology Oncology (MHO), a nationally recognized advanced cancer care p provider with the largest team of board-certified oncologists across northern Indiana.
Our work for MHO began in 2008, when we met with the leadership team to plan a new, state-of-the-art cancer treatment center in Mishawaka, IN. Holladay Construction Group worked with Holladay Properties and MHO to develop, design and build to 50,000 square foot facility utilizing ‘Safe by Design’ and sustainable elements. The $12 million full-service cancer treatment center features two linear accelerators, CT scans, chemotherapy and radiation areas, a pharmacy and administrative offices. Construction began in August 2009 and the facility opened in August 2010.

When planning was in full swing for the Mishawaka facility, MHO asked the Holladay team to provide design/build services for a second facility in La Porte County. The team found the site, planned, and completed the 30,000 square foot La Porte County Cancer Center. The $6 million full service cancer center offers every major oncology service, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy. The facility also features a full service laboratory and advanced radiology services. The project featured an accelerated schedule with construction beginning in January and total project completion in October of 2010.
In 2017, MHO again approached the Holladay team for assistance with a new facility in Northwest Indiana. The team has been working together to find a site for the new facility and plan the project, which will feature architecture and design by Holladay Properties. We are excited to be working with MHO and look forward to continuing our successful relationship well into the future.
