Scope:
The Portage office completed this 25,000 square foot car dealership for a local automotive group, our first project of its kind in the region, in the AmeriPlex-Marquette business park in April of 2017. The project involved a partnership between Holladay Properties as the developer and architect, and Holladay Construction Group as the General Contractor. The facility features a modern design with large bay windows to let in ample natural light in the new car showroom, as well as a state-of-the-art shop and service area with multiple service bays. The project broke ground in July 2016 and opened for business, and sold its first cars, on May 1, 2017.
