Holladay Construction Group’s Indianapolis team was pleased to team up with Holladay Properties to be the Platinum Sponsor at the 2021 Damar Cup at the Country Club of Indianapolis on Monday, June 28. This sponsorship allowed our company to support a worthwhile organization, as well as a client and partner.

The Damar Cup is an annual event that supports the mission of Damar Services, Inc. and allows the organization to expand its facilities and develop new programs. Damar’s mission is to empower people challenged by autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and related behavior challenges to lead productive lives.

Holladay Construction Group is currently wrapping up our most recent project for Damar, Damar Village in Indianapolis, IN. Construction of the 13.54-acre resident and office campus began in March 2020 and included site work as well as roads, walkways, and general utilities for the entire 17-building campus.

Damar Village features multiple single-story, 3,720 SF duplex dwelling units for patients. Each duplex unit includes four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as laundry, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a back porch with storage. The campus is also home to a two-story, 4,519 square foot Center Office Building, which features a welcome area, staff offices and kitchen area, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a recreation room.
