Scope:
The South Bend office has begun construction of a new 225,000 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building consisting of an 8' high split face masonry facade and insulated metal panels above. The building will have interior elevations of 36' and column spacing at 50' x 50' and will accommodate 1-4 future tenants. There will be 20 dock doors, with the ability to add 20 additional dock doors in the future. The site will consist of a large asphalt parking lot with concrete curbs, new landscaping and (2) entrances off of Cleveland Rd.
