HCG's Northern Indiana region has broken ground on its first project in Buchanan, MI - the River Saint Joe Brewery. HCG is building this brand new brewery on an existing hops and barley farm. When construction is completed, the River Saint Joe Brewery will be a fully functioning, organic brewery, with everything for the brewing process grown and harvested on site.

Scope:
Our Indianapolis team has broken ground on a new Grindstone Charley's restaurant in Westfield, IN. The 5,600 square foot retail building will include 3,500 square feet of dining space, 1,300 square feet of kitchen space, and a 1,000 square foot patio with outdoor seating. A groundbreaking event was held for the project on October 16, 2018 with representatives from Grindstone Charley's, the City of Westfield, HCG, and PHANOMEN/design in attendance. HCG kicked off construction on October 19, 2018 and the restaurant is expected to open in August 2019.

Buildings 1 - 5 and Building 8 have been completed and Buildings 6, 7 and 9, as well as the pool and pool house are now under construction.
