Scope:
Holladay Construction Group built Walker Place, a three-story office building located in the heart of Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis, IN, for PK Partners. The project also involved a tenant build-out for Walker Information. The project features glass and masonry curtain walls, with an open air terrace at the third floor level. HCG broke ground on the facility in October 2016 and the first tenant, Walker Insurance, occupied the building in December 2017.
