Project Description:

This five-story, 129 room full service hotel is located at the heart of Keystone at the Crossings in Indianapolis, IN. The hotel features an outdoor patio, indoor heated swimming pool, spacious fitness room, business center, and guest laundry. The hotel includes a variety of standard rooms and suites and some rooms with balconies offering amazing views of the city. In addition, the hotel features over 1,150 square feet of flexible event space, perfect for professional training sessions, or intimate social events. HCG broke ground on the hospitality project in June 2016 and the Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis-Keystone opened for business in October 2017.

Project Description:

HCG is currently working on a multi-phased, substantial renovation of the Inn at Saint Mary’s Hotel & Suites in South Bend. The first phase of the rehabilitation is complete and included renovating 65 guestrooms to include all new bathrooms and complete upgrades in paint and furnishings featuring vibrant accents to create a user-friendly environment with contemporary comforts. In addition to the room upgrades, HCG remodeled the lobby area and added a new café proudly serving Starbucks, mirroring a full bar that was added the previous year. Substantial work has also been done in the fitness center in and the meeting room on the ground floor.

Project Description:

Holladay Construction Group originally completed the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson hotel in 2006. The 100-room hotel project included a fitness center, arcade and indoor pool room offering an adult pool, Jacuzzi, and children’s pool featuring a frog slide. Currently, HCG is in charge of a substantial rehabilitation of the hotel to update it to Carlson’s Gen IV Interior Design Standards. The upgrades feature all-new, contemporary hotel architecture and interiors, as well as a modernized brand identity. Renovations of the entire hotel including the lobby, breakfast area, and guest rooms include new carpeting, artwork, paint, furniture and furnishings. The work undertaken in 2015 earned the hotel a 2015 Renovation Award from Carlson, the hotel’s parent brand.

Project Description:

HCG worked with the Holladay Properties to develop and build this 50-room, 2-story full extended stay hotel within the AmeriPlex at the Port business park. The property features the largest rooms of any mid-scale extended stay hotel. Each room is fully furnished and comes equipped with upscale amenities including full size kitchen appliances, a separate bedroom, and a keyless entry system. The facility also features an enclosed concrete patio, fitness center and laundry room. The 27,400 SF hotel was completed in just four months; the hotel opened in November, 2015 after breaking ground in July.

Project Description:

Holladay Construction Group worked closely with the Holladay Properties design team to develop and build this 122-room, 5-story full service hotel located at 8555 Stansted Drive in Indianapolis. The Holiday Inn features an on-site restaurant, Burger Theory, where guests can enjoy excellent tasting comfort of local craft beers on tap. The hotel features a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool, a full kitchen with bar and an exterior patio. Some of the rooms and the exterior patio also feature spectacular views of AmeriPlex-Indianapolis' beautiful NatureScape and pond. The hotel also houses an upscale, flexible function space that can accommodate up to 250 people with drop -down AV screens and ceiling mounted LCD projectors. When construction was completed, InterContinental Hotels Group, the parent brand, named the facility a recipient of the 2015 New Development Design Award, given to hotels that merit special recognition for successfully implementing a new design program.

Project Description:

In 2013, HCG completed an extensive renovation for the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located in downtown South Bend for The Hotel Group out of Seattle, WA. The project included remodeling the 40,000 SF Atrium, the pool area, and all of the 291 guest rooms. HCG also transformed an existing restaurant from Sean O’Casey’s Irish Pub into a new Starbucks's Coffee Shop as well as a complete upgrade to the on-site Baker’s Restaurant. The entire project from start to finish took 14 months.

Project Description:

HCG completed the 51,000 SF Hilton Garden Inn South Bend as well as the 17,000 SF Gillespie Conference & Special Event Center from 2007-2008. Located on the campus of Saint Mary’s College, the full-scale hotel features 100 spacious guest rooms along with a fitness center, indoor pool with whirlpool, meeting space and an attached restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, Bistro 933, which was renovated at the end of 2016. The hotel offers direct access to the Gillespie Center via a covered walkway which also features a private Patio space that connects both facilities. The Gillespie Center features an 8.400 SF ballroom which can provide flexible function space for group from 18 to 840 and also includes a private 2,500 SF Terrace Garden with beautiful fountains and a dramatic, raised archway in pride of place.
