Scope:
Holladay Construction Group is serving as the General Contractor for Quincy Station, a new mixed-use multi-family residential community in Westmont, IL. The residential portion of the construction project will feature a 5-story building, incorporating below grade parking at the basement level as well as a first floor enclosed parking garage with 4 stories of luxury residential units above. The building which will include a common amenity space / club room at the upper floor of the building with an outdoor terrace overlooking Quincy Street and the downtown. The initial phase of the project included demolition of existing buildings and infrastructure and was completed in December 2019.

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group has been awarded the hospitality construction contract for a new 57,700 square foot hotel in Crown Point, IN. The Hampton Inn Crown Point is a four-story, 95 room hotel featuring an attached, single-story enclosed pool building, a spacious breakfast area, meeting room, and fitness center. The hotel includes a variety of rooms with double queen or king-sized beds, and six accessible rooms. Construction is expected to be completed in June 2021.

Scope:
Holladay Construction Group is serving as the General Contractor for The Diversey Building, a 52,900 square foot flexible commercial building located within the AmeriPlex at the Port business park in Portage, IN. The facility features a six inch reinforced concrete slab floor, 24 foot clear ceiling height, six docks with recessed levelers and bumpers, and eight drive-in doors at 12 feet by 16 feet. The building offers a mix of commercial/retail space facing AmeriPlex Drive, and industrial space off of Prairie School Drive.

Holladay Construction Group is working with Holladay Properties on the redevelopment of an existing bank facility into a medical office building. The project involves transforming an existing, freestanding 4,701 square foot building on 1.79 acres located at 6200 Central Avenue in Portage, IN that was built in 1975. Holladay is retrofitting the existing building, which most recently served as a Chase Bank branch location, to fit the programming needs of a primary care practice by reconfiguring the interior space.

The project also features surface level parking, individual garage spaces in stand-alone buildings, and amenities including a community room, fitness center, leasing office, lounges, a second floor salong and storage units. Scope:
Holladay Construction Group has been selected as the General Contractor for a new 13.54 acre residential and office campus for Damar Services, Inc. Holladay began construction of Phase I in March 2020, which includes site work as well as roads, walkways, and general utilities for the entire 17-building campus. Phase I includes construction of six single-story, 3,720 SF duplex dwelling units for patients. Each duplex unit includes four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as laundry, kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a back porch with storage. Phase I also includes construction of a two-story, 4,519 square foot Center Office Building for the complex, which features a welcome area, staff offices and kitchen area, meeting rooms, restrooms, and a recreation room.
