Savation Army's Angel Tree Program wraps up 2017

(Indianapolis, Ind. ) - HCG sponsored a local family in need this year through the Angel Tree Program, a great program that the Salvation Army has been running for over 30 years. Each year during the holiday season, the Salvation Army Indiana Division provides food assistance to nearly 800 families and Christmas gifts to more than 2,200 children.

In addition to sponsoring a family through the Program, Holladay Construction Group volunteers participated in the distribution of the gifts to the families in need on Monday, December 18. The volunteers spent time distributing the gifts by joining other volunteers at the Exposition Hall located at the Indiana State Fairgrounds where they distributed more than 2800 packages to families in need.

The photos included in this post are of the volunteer event on Monday and the donations were that collected by the Salvation Army through the Angel Tree Christmas Assistance Program this year.
